This row of six Queen Anne houses is located on the south side of East 89th Street. The 3-story row houses are constructed of brick with terra cotta trim and slate roofs broken by dormers. The houses were designed by the firm of Hubert, Pirsson and Co. as single-family residences, a use that some retain while others have been converted for multi-family use.
